Who We’re Looking For

We’re building a core team that can handle late nights, loud music, strong drinks, and intense creativity—without losing their cool.

We’re looking for:

  • Bartenders & Bar Staff – People who can pour drinks, take care of guests, and keep the energy moving without becoming part of the chaos.
  • Tattoo Artists & Apprentices – Artists who respect skin, story, and safety as much as they respect the design.
  • Sound & Lighting Engineers – Tech‑minded people who love dark rooms and big sound and know how to make a show feel massive.
  • Security & Door Staff – Calm, observant people who can keep everyone safe without killing the vibe.
  • Visual Artists & Decorators – Painters, builders, and makers who can keep the grunge aesthetic gritty, raw, and alive.

You don’t need to be “polished” in the corporate sense. You need to be real, responsible, and ready to work hard in a space that feels a little dangerous and a lot alive.
