About The Phase

The Phase Tavern & Ink is a private membership venue currently being developed in Simcoe County, Ontario.

The vision behind The Phase is to create a space that brings together alternative culture, live music, tattoo artistry, and community in a way that does not currently exist in the region.

Many nightlife spaces focus only on alcohol or short-term entertainment. The Phase is designed to be something different. It will be a cultural hub where music, art, tattoos, and conversation all exist together.

The venue will operate as a private membership club rather than a traditional public bar. This allows the space to maintain a strong sense of community, safety, and identity.

The Concept

The Phase Tavern & Ink will include several experiences within one venue.

Private membership bar

Tattoo and piercing studio

Outdoor stage for live music and events

Late-night grill and café

Podcast and media space

Community events and artist showcases

The goal is to create a place where musicians, tattoo artists, bikers, creatives, and alternative communities can gather.

Built From The Ground Up

Unlike many nightlife venues that move into existing buildings, The Phase is planned to be built from the ground up.

This allows the entire space to be designed intentionally around the experience.

Features will include:

Controlled private entrance

No interior visibility from outside

Industrial and gothic design elements

Dedicated event space

Outdoor stage for concerts

Tattoo studio built to professional standards

The venue is designed to feel like a private club rather than a typical bar.

Our Mission

The mission of The Phase Tavern & Ink is to create a space where alternative culture is respected, celebrated, and given room to grow.

By building a strong membership community, The Phase hopes to become a lasting cultural landmark in the region.

The Founders

The Phase Tavern & Ink was founded by:

Eli Stark

MoMo Stark

The project began as a vision to create a space that felt authentic to the alternative community while also offering a premium and well-designed environment.

The founders are personally involved in the early development of the venue, the membership community, and the creation of the After Hours @ The Phase podcast.

Join The Movement

The Phase is currently offering Founder Memberships to individuals who want to help bring the venue to life.

Founder Members will be permanently recognized inside the venue on the Founders Wall.
