MEMBERSHIP

What is Phase membership?

Lifetime access to Canada's premier alt culture sanctuary. Cafe (6AM), bar/grill (4PM-2AM), tattoo/piercing priority, 24/7 gym, events, podcast lounge. Maximum 1,000 members. No tourists. Your home.

How much does membership cost?

Pricing announced Q2 2026. Lifetime membership. Monthly payment plans available. Serious pricing for serious sanctuary. Email for early pricing: info.thephase@gmail.com

Can I bring guests?

Members + 1 guest. Guest pass $50. Children under 12 free with tattooed parent. No plus-ones for events/festivals. Strict capacity limits.

CAREERS (145 POSITIONS)

Who do I report to?

Eli Stark - daily operations (scheduling, coaching, firing). MoMo Stark - final hiring/strategy decisions. Eli is your manager. MoMo is final authority.

How do I apply?

Download Pre-Interview Packet from Careers page. Complete fully. Attach resume/cover letter. Email to info.thephase@gmail.com. Subject: "Application - [NAME] - [ROLE]". Reviewed within 48hrs.

EVENTS & MUSIC

What genres do you book?

Emo, pop punk, post-hardcore, screamo, grunge, goth, industrial, metalcore, biker rock. NO pop, country, EDM, rap. Alt culture only.

How do bands book?

Email EPK to info.thephase@gmail.com. Eli reviews weekdays. MoMo approves weekends/festivals. Indoor: $300-2k guarantee. Festivals: $1k-10k. Door deals for locals.

Venue capacities?

Indoor stage: 250. Rooftop: 150. 5-acre festivals: 1,000. Members get 20% off tickets. Strict capacity enforcement.

INK (TATTOO & PIERCING)

Is ink membership-only?

Yes. Members get priority booking (30% faster), discounts, lounge access. Non-members waitlisted after capacity.

Artist commission structure?

60% to artist, 40% to Phase. Highest industry rate. MoMo Stark creative director. Portfolio approval required.

Studio specs?

6 private tattoo suites. 2 piercing stations. Autoclave sterilization. Bloodborne certified. Implant-grade titanium jewelry.

PODCAST (AFTER HOURS)

When does it launch?

Summer 2026 from Phase podcast studio. Seeking guests now: tattoo artists, bikers, emo survivors, goth philosophers. Email info.thephase@gmail.com

How do I become a guest?

Email info.thephase@gmail.com with "Podcast Guest - [Your Type]" subject. Tell us your story. MoMo approves. Live recording, full production.

OPERATIONS

Who runs what?

Eli Stark: Bar/grill/venue daily operations, staff management, events execution.
MoMo Stark: Tattoo/piercing/cafe/lounge, final business decisions, hiring approval, creative direction.

When do you open?

Grand opening August 13, 2027. Pre-membership applications Q2 2026. Careers hiring starts April 2026.
