The Phase Inc is a dark, gritty, tattoo‑and‑scotch cathedral in the heart of Barrie, built for misfits, rebels, and anyone who is gloriously “too much.” We blend gothic luxury with a raw, industrial grunge vibe to create a space that feels both dangerous and safe at the same time.

This isn’t polished corporate nonsense. It’s leather, ink, loud music, weak lighting, and strong drinks. We’re looking for people who feel at home in that energy.

  • Bartenders & Bar Staff – People who can pour drinks, take care of guests, and keep the vibe alive without losing their cool.
  • Tattoo Artists & Apprentices – Artists who respect skin, story, and safety as much as they respect design.
  • Sound & Lighting Engineers – Tech people who love music, dark rooms, and making every show feel enormous.
  • Security & Door Staff – Calm, observant people who can keep everyone safe without killing the mood.
  • Visual Artists & Decorators – Painters, welders, builders, and decorators who can keep the grunge aesthetic fresh and alive.
