The Phase Tavern & Ink is not predictable.


We’re building a luxury alternative venue that blends a private membership lounge, tattoo and piercing studio, podcast stage, creative event space, and community hub. Opening August 13, 2027, The Phase will be a place where art, music, conversation, and community collide in a setting that feels both rebellious and refined.


We’re assembling the Founding Team now. These are the people who will shape the culture from day one.

Pay & Growth



Most hourly roles start between:


$19–$25 per hour


Depending on role and experience.


Additional benefits may include:


• staff meals and drinks during shifts

• advancement into leadership roles


Founding team members will help shape the venue and may grow into management positions as the company expands.
