This isn’t that.
The Phase Tavern & Ink is a luxury alternative venue combining a private membership lounge, tattoo and piercing studio, podcast stage, creative event space, and community hub.
We’re opening August 13, 2027, and we’re building the founding team now.
That means the people hired during this stage will be the ones who shape the culture, the energy, and the stories people tell about this place for years.
We’re not looking for “normal.”
We’re looking for capable weirdos, professionals with personality, and people who give a damn about building something unforgettable.
What The Phase Is
The Phase is a place where multiple worlds collide:
• a gothic luxury lounge
• a tattoo and piercing studio
• a creative venue
• a podcast studio
• a membership club
• a space for speakers, artists, bikers, thinkers, and rebels
We built it for people who like their spaces a little darker, their conversations deeper, and their communities more real.
This place is velvet and marble and candlelight.
It’s also laughter at 1am and people finding their tribe.
Who We’re Looking For
We want people who are:

• calm under pressure
• able to handle a busy venue environment
You do not need to look a certain way.
Tattooed, pierced, gothic, biker, punk, corporate escapee, art school grad, hospitality veteran… all welcome.
What matters is:
You treat people well and you take your work seriously.
Founding Team Roles
We will eventually hire around 80 staff members across multiple departments.

Ink Studio
Tattoo artists

Podcast production staff

Maintenance
Administrative staff
Leadership and management roles will also grow from within the founding team.
Pay & Benefits
Starting hourly wages range between:
$19 – $25 per hour
Depending on role and experience.

Hiring will happen in phases.

Training and onboarding.

Grand opening.
Some roles will begin earlier during the venue setup period.
