Author Bio – MoMo Stark
MoMo Stark is the founder of The Phase Journal and co-owner of The Phase Tavern & Ink.
She writes about entrepreneurship, mental health, alternative culture, tattoo culture, creativity, and the messy reality of building something from nothing.
MoMo’s writing is raw, honest, and unfiltered. Her articles often explore the realities of starting over, surviving difficult chapters, building businesses from scratch, and refusing to live a small life just because the world expects it.
In addition to running The Phase Journal, she is building The Phase Tavern & Ink, a multi-concept venue combining a tavern, tattoo studio, podcast studio, and creative community space.
She is also the co-host of the podcast After Hours @ The Phase, where she and her co-host sit down with creators, artists, entrepreneurs, and people with real stories to tell.
Her work focuses on one idea:
Build something real. Speak honestly. Leave the world louder, stranger, and more human than you found it.
Author Bio – Eli
Eli is the co-owner of The Phase Tavern & Ink and co-host of After Hours @ The Phase.
While MoMo leads the editorial voice of The Phase Journal, Eli plays a major role in building the operational side of The Phase Tavern & Ink and shaping the vision behind the project.
His writing will focus on entrepreneurship, business building, creative risk-taking, and the real work that goes into turning big ideas into reality.
Through the podcast After Hours @ The Phase, Eli helps lead conversations with artists, founders, and creators about the lessons learned from building careers, chasing unconventional paths, and creating spaces that bring people together.
